"This is a modern hotel in an excellent location which meant we could walk everywhere from there. It was also very easy to access city transit to get from and to the main train station. Our room was spacious & had an amazing view over the Altmarkt square! Overall we enjoyed our stay in this gorgeous hotel and this very beautiful city."

"The staff are always welcoming and friendly, the breakfast is excellent with plenty of choice, and the location is perfect—within easy walking distance of the main attractions. The beds are very comfortable, which always helps us have a good night’s sleep. There are just a couple of areas that could be improved. The shower in our room didn’t drain properly, which was a little frustrating. The hotel parking is also quite limited, especially for larger 4x4 vehicles. It would be great if there were a few wider parking spaces designed for bigger cars, as well as designated parking spaces for disabled guests. On a positive note, there’s a fantastic sushi restaurant right next to the hotel, which is incredibly convenient. We ended up dining there every evening during our stay, and their mango shakes are absolutely delicious! Overall, despite the few issues, we always enjoy staying here."

"Staff were courteous and always accommodating. Rooms were clean. Breakfast superb. Location within easy reach of city centre via bus, and Neustadt areas also via bus. 24/7 counter staff which was useful because we didn't arrive from Berlin until 1 a.m. Flixbus terminus 12 minute walk away at Dresden Neustadt Station."
