"The door lock was broken, there was a lot of noise on the second floor, and the dog barked incessantly. I checked that breakfast was included, and he said, "Let me show you a picture of where it says so." I showed it to him, even though he knows perfectly well it's included. The breakfast was tasteless. The next day we had to find another place."

"I had stayed at Socialtel when it was a Selena property 3 years ago. They maintained offering programming which is great. Seems to be a lower season so it wasn ’t very busy. Most staff were pleasant. Room was darker than I expected but it had what we needed for a one night stay. "
