Diriyah is a very old historic settlement located on the outskirts of Riyadh.

This site contains the ruins of the old city of Al-Diri'ya which has been/is being renovated and restored,

Wadi Hanifa also goes through this site and is probably the best public park in Riyadh. Although I might argue that the Diplomatic Quarter is better for walking if you are a woman who prefers hikes without an abaya.

"I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! Traveling alone can sometimes feel a bit daunting, but the staff here made everything so easy and comfortable from the moment I arrived. I got in way earlier than the standard check-in time, but they welcomed me warmly and let me into my room with no fuss at all. Every single person I interacted with was kind, respectful, and incredibly helpful. It truly felt like they cared, which made all the difference.
