Hot shower, lots of breakfast options included and fresh everything. Wasn't prepared for the lack of specific parking but plenty nearby. "Great Hotel, you get an enormous sense of history from the moment you walk in. The service was great and the staff were attentive and cordial. My room was number 10 which was at the top. very big and specious with great views of the town and country side. Food & drink were fine with a great carvery on the Wednesday, which I really recommend"
