"Last minute while at airport I received an email to say that the place reserved was no longer available. After being on the phone for over an hour I was offered another place which was smaller. "This is a 10/10 resort. The staff was very friendly, approachable, and always willing to help resolve any questions we had. Moses, the resort Manager was amazing. He went above and beyond to help us celebrate my friend’s birthday. He maintained in contact with us and make sure that our trip was going smoothly. Tamara one of the hostess at the beach was amazing, she continued to check on us and make sure we were all set throughout the day. Everyone at the resort did an amazing job. The resort was beautiful, clean and full of many activities and restaurants. I will definitely go again and recommend this to other friends. Billy the DJ kept everyone entertained while in the pool. We did not have to leave the resort. I couldn’t believe they had a disco on the property where they played amazing music and the energy was great! There were so many restaurants and a great variety of food. I can’t wait to go back. The room was spacious and very clean. We were in the Junior suite. House cleaning make sure we had everything we needed. After our first night, the front desk called to check in to see how our night went. The pool is huge, clean and well maintained. I have no complaints about this place. It was a great experience!"

"Overall, the property and staff were good. We had an issue with a very strong odor in our room on day one and the front desk was quick to accommodate another room with a better view. All the staff were very attentive and friendly. The amenities are very nice, our 15yr son loved the lazy river and bowling. Food was good and a nice selection. We all loved Mike’s, the coffee shop! Beach is peaceful, but does have some rocks definitely can navigate past to get to smooth sand though. For those that want to step off resort there are huts behind the water sports shack that has a hotel security guard posted. Our only dislike was how hard the beds are. Two staff that made us feel very welcomed and deserving of recognition are Akeem, our server @ La Locanda and the manager Mike."
