Attentive staff and welcoming. Room was good size with comfortable bed, good views from the south side of the hotel however at time of stay construction site at the north side out the balcony at time of review. Good breakfast options.

Booked 2 room with King Bed for 2 nigths, received twin beds on both rooms.
Up receiving room, the sofa is wet. ruin the mood as clothes got wet.
TV not working in one room, Casting is feels unsafe. Somebody might be able to cast adult content and I got kids. There is a chance that TV will show content from someone accidentally by cast in our room. i can see 14 option to cast my content, could be similar to other guests.
took few calls / reminders before getting support for wet sofa and TV.
Number of towels can be anticipated. 6 guest for 2 rooms, only 4 towels total.
came to celebrate 2 kids birthday, received one cake.
11:22pm, kids are sleeping, received a delivery of water which we didn't request.
sent mail during our 1st night to: CDD - Guest relations, grcdd@chr.co.th, no reply until we checked out.
