"Unbeknownst to me, the breakfast (which was mentioned on the Hotels.com website....WAS UNAVAILABLE due to "renovations." Wow. When I arrived, my bed was UNMADE. My room....was in HORRIBLE shape, with paint spattered in tub, visible ceiling patching, etc. When I arrived back late to my room, THERE WAS SOMEONE SLEEPING IN AN OUTDOOR WALKWAY ON THE CONCRETE, covered with a blanket. I'm very cheap when I travel, so I've stayed in some doozies...but THIS ONE TAKES THE CAKE. Just TURRRRRIBLE. "

"You get what you pay for I guess. Rooms ok, hotel is older. You can see staff doesn’t really care to take care of it. Breakfast was a joke, they would only put out 6 items at a time. Even with 20 guests standing there. Waffles and yogurt fine. Rest don’t bother. Everything but the waffle maker was broken. "

"If I could leave zero stars I would. I’ve stayed in some BAD places and this is probably the worst. It’s definitely the dirtiest. The entire “non smoking” room smelled like smoke. The bathroom had not been cleaned since the last occupants and it was DISGUSTING!! The toilet actually had poop and TP in it and pubic hairs on the seat. Thank god I keep Clorox wipes in the car!! The shower was filthy with dried shampoo or shower gel running down the side and a massive hairball in the drain. The washcloth was so dirty I wouldn’t use it, it looked like a rag you’d keep in the garage. The latch to lock the door was totally missing. The handle to the balcony door was missing. Other than that, there was no trash can anywhere, the curtains to cover balcony were pieced together with 4 pieces of random fabric and if you want to keep the bright light from the parking light out you’ll have to use a chair to hold them together and in place. There is dried liquid splatter and funk caked on the walls and doors. The bedding REEKS of smoke in a non smoking room. I’m all about staying in a less than stellar place to save a few bucks, but trust me…pay the extra money to stay somewhere else!!!! This place is NASTY"
