"The resort is beautiful. One king bedroom was perfect for 2 adults. Very modern design. Pillows and mattress A+ very comfortable. Bathroom shower spacious with big rain shower head. Ephoria restaurant, staff very nice, great service. Food, the burger, and chicken Parmesan were great. Fish & fries too small for the price. Waterpark - included with the stay. Complementary shuttle drops you and pick you up. Had one incident with the next door room. There was a dog unattended in the room barking non stop from 7:30 pm to like almost 10pm. When we complained and talked to a manager on duty, we were told they were trying to contact the people in that room. An hr passed, dog still barking and talked to mgr again manager who said they couldn’t do anything until quiet time 10pm. By 10 the people got to their room and dog stopped till 12am and again at 4am that the dog decided to bark few times. At this point we are tired and we were doing check out in the morning anyway. Next day when leaving stopped in front desk talked to a different manager David Smith. He was excellent. He listened and worked with us. Dropped some fees and gave us a discount for next visit. We really like the resort. The reason I am giving 3 star is because the dog situation. We were only there for 1 night and we didn’t sleep well with the dog situation. If you are wondering why we were not moved to another room, they were totally booked and there was no other room available. "

"The place appeared to be clean but there were a few things that were not. There was hair behind the bathroom door, dishes in the cabinet still had food on them, a piece of trim on the stairs was loose and we tripped on it several times. Maintenance was called about the trim on the stairs but no one ever fixed it the whole time we stayed there (6 days). Parking is also an issue. They have limited parking passes and tell you that you will be towed without one. We had a pass but no one used them and people were always parked in our parking spot or along the road in the no parking zones."

"Comfy , convenient location near the parks. Breakfast was fresh every morning , a very nice amenity before you hit Disney. the only negative is that at times it was quite noisy at night, not sure if it was the room next door or out in the corridors. "
