"Clean room and the staff is very nice. There is a nice big pool for the kids."

"Very nice breakfast, way above the average hotel in this price range. I should have really loved this place, I wanted to. The room felt unclean, it needs a real cleaning, not just a wipe down. The lights didn’t all work and were very dim. It was nice to have a kitchenette. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were not. The bathroom door is a slider that never fully shut, so that’s not good for anyone that likes privacy. I wasn’t told that I had to pay for parking until the next day. She waved the parking fee, which was nice, but that should have been listed ahead of time. Also there is a $25 per day fee which is refundable after your stay. It takes about a week to come off, just an fyi. I liked that they text you when you check in, so if you need anything you can just text them and Paula was very helpful. I feel like I’m being too harsh a critic, but my husband said, we are never going to stay here again. Maybe other rooms are nicer, but ours just felt unclean."

"The only two things I had an issue with were the parking and the pillows. Valet parking was $53 and self-parking was $42, which felt pretty steep. Also, the pillows in our room weren’t very comfortable."

"We were greeted by Denzel when we arrived at the property. It was the middle of the night but he was so pleasant in getting us settled in our room as efficiently as possible. This is our 3rd or 4th time to stay at this location and we keep returning for the staff, cleanliness, location and much more. This is our preferred place to stay when we travel to the Orlando area. "

"We love the proximity and ability to Walk to magic kingdom in 7 minutes. We also like the food options."

"We had to leave earlier than expected due to bed bugs in our room. I ended up having to visit urgent care because I am extremely allergic to the bites, and the medical provider confirmed they were bed bug bites. This completely ruined our trip and was very distressing for my family. I am extremely disappointed because I previously stayed at this property in August 2025 and the cleanliness was excellent. Unfortunately, this stay was the complete opposite. The room was not properly cleaned during housekeeping service the sheets were never changed on the scheduled cleaning day, and the floor remained very dirty. My one-year-old was walking around the room in white socks, and they quickly turned black from the dirt on the floor. This level of cleanliness is unacceptable, especially with a young child staying in the room. Due to the bed bug situation and the lack of proper cleaning, we had no choice but to leave early."
