"We had a great weekend and loved the set up of the two condos joined by that hallway. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen had all basic supplies we needed. Units could def use some updating- couch super worn in one of the units,, drapes and bed skirts look sloppy, could use new carpeting, but didn’t really affect how great our weekend was!"

"We knew what to expect staying at the Colonies, as we are former timeshare owners ourselves, and had stayed here before. It’s a very nice property with spacious villas in a great location, so we were happy with our decision to return. Chad was great with communication, and was able to get us set up for our stay in advance (guest certificate) without any issue. A few very minor issues with the unit due to the age of the property, which we addressed with maintenance, but nothing that would prevent...

"The property was nice, but we didn’t realize it was a timeshare & we would be pulled into a 2 hour meeting with our 6 year old on our first full day, before we actually got to even check out the amenities. Regardless the condo was nice, though the mattresss were a bit stiff & could use updating."
