"The hotel is in a great location, close to plenty of restaurants and shopping.
However there are a few areas that need improvement. The hotel does not have air conditioning, which made the room uncomfortable, especially during warmer weather. The front desk staff was not welcoming or friendly when we checked in, leaving a poor first impression. The bar is nice, but the tall, slim female bartender had a bad attitude and was unfriendly. Improving the customer service and providing air conditioning...
"The breakfast was the best part of the hotel.
The room was so small you opened the door into a brick wall and then in the bathroom, you had to cross over past the toilet to even close the door. The sink had a ledge about 6 inches above it so you had to crank your head under it to brush your teeth. We noticed many guests had a terrible time checking in with their computer system only at the front desk after 5 pm."
