You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Beautiful Lynn Valley, North Vancouver. Spacious 2 bdrm ground level suite.

We are in beautiful Lynn Valley. Your space is a two bedroom ground level suite with private entrance. Very comfortable and clean. Great for families, couples or friends wanting to experience all Vancouver has to offer, but not be in the city.
Our house backs onto numerous hiking and biking trails as well as a playground and tennis courts. Coffee shop/corner store 1/2 block away. Easy access to hwy. Whistler 1.5hr drive, Grouse Mountain 10min drive, downtown 40 min drive. Bus stop close by.
The space
Private, big screen tv, netflix, gas fireplace, free wifi, washer and dryer. The suite sleeps 4 comfortably. If you have 5 guests, there is a third bedroom available for a $50.00 per night fee. For this option state 5 guests when booking. I need to know this ahead of time to prepare the room.
Guest access
If you don't want to leave equipment on the car. Bikes and skis can be stored in the suite or under the balcony. Kayaks, paddle boards etc can be left under the back balcony.
Other things to note
Lots of street parking directly in front of the house. No limit after 6pm, okay to park overnight. It is 2hr parking during the day. Just around the corner (30 second walk) is unlimited parking all the time. Please don't park in the driveway, my husband needs it for his company van.
