"The property was nothing like the picture. Nor what was to be in it. There was no TV. The kitchen utensils and appliances were not nice at all, air conditioning was basically a fan. The personal was rude. The area around it had a smell and very dirty, the door knob fell off. I'm sure at one time it was beautiful but no longer. I would never recommend this place to anyone."

The place needed a lot of repairs I.e. wallpaper was peeling, other wall was falling a part with plaster crumbling from it, upper level living room wall/shelf appeared to have mold as well as the upper level bathroom, no hot water to shower on the main level, microwave did not work, internet nor any of the T.v.’s worked on upper level, all of the kitchen dish ware needs to be replaced. "My family and I (2 children) truly enjoyed staying at this beautiful, clean hotel. We love the beautiful gardens and pool area. Great place for private events. The rooms were clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the staff were professional always asking if we needed anything. We are a VEGAN family and we were delighted with the continental breakfast. We are Dominicans so to have hardy breakfast like avocado, yucca, Mangu, taro, fried onions, breads, fruits, nuts/seeds and fresh squeeze juice/ Green juice was just AMAZING. We ate and were full practically til dinner time. I was curious and asked if they had Tofu and they did. We chose not to eat it in case it wasnt so fresh being that we were probably the only vegan guests ever lol. The location is great, safe/clean neighborhood not far from our activities. I would def come back to this hotel if I had to and highly recommend it. Thank you Embajador!"
