" Very pleased with hotel and cleaness of it. Breakfast was self service but nice and hot, plenty to choose from. Ideal situation for walking into bath to see sites etc. Would be quite happy to stay there again."

"The staff were cheerful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them. Wayne was lovely, cheerful, a real character! The building is very old, so to get to our room, it was up and down stairs, along corridors, really quaint, but not for someone with limited mobility. - I’m sure you can request a room with easier access. The room itself was ‘small but perfectly formed’, it did what it was supposed to! The paint was peeling off in the bathroom, but it was clean and well stocked with all the toiletries you need. Tea & coffee making facilities were excellent, selection of teas, and coffee bags! Big tick form us there! We ate in the pub too, lovely freshly cooked food, served promptly, and was hot! Breakfast was delicious, selection of cereals, pastries spreads fruit juice etc. lovely strong coffee, and served by the lovely Wayne, what more could we ask for! The car park was ‘tight’ but again, free, - I was just pleased my husband was driving! Overall we had a lovely stay, and would go back again in a jiffy. Thank you everyone! X"

"An amazing place to stay in Bath. We all loved the place so much. The sitting room was wonderful and the young woman who looked after us was delightful. It felt very much like being at 'home'. We needed cabs several days of our stay and the staff were all so amazing - if ever in Bath again - we will no doubt stay there again! Thank you"

"When I arrived at midnight, very tired, Adeem who was on reception greeted me with a big smile, was very welcoming and efficient. Also the gentleman who was on the bar was also ver accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. Excellent breakfast. Would definitely stay here again "
