"Clean, safe and a nice staff. The description said air conditioning but they do no turn it on or maintain it in April. It was warm in the room during the day but not a problem at night"

"Everywhere very clean, loved the bathrooms and big sinks. Building has lots of history. Staff are very friendly. Breakfast was good and location of the hotel is very central. Lots of cafes near by. We went for the classic room as we weren't going to be out exploring every day. It was quite dark as it was in a corner looking into a wall. This actually worked to my advantage as I normal wake at 5:30am in the morning, even with a mask, but the room was so dark I slept most mornings until 8am! Bed was also very comfy. I'd stay here again. This room is really good value if you're not spending any time in it but if you like to hang out in the room then maybe upgrade to the next level. Overall very happy with our stay."

Shops/restaurants/bars/attractions We actually stayed in a suite opposite the main hotel- every convenience was there/washing machine/dishwasher/crockery/microwave / excellent storage and a gorgeous room! "The location is superb for those traveling by bus like we did. The staff is helpful, courteous, kind. We had a large spacious room. Breakfast was fine, nothing special, except for waves of middle schoolers coming for their meals as well. They were a pleasure to be around. "
