Not quite as expected

The apartment was functional and clean internally but has a few issues. The balconies were not cleaned and the exterior furniture is poor. There are several damaged aspects from the sink, to toilet doors and flooring. The bath is very small and the shower head can't be hung up to allow a proper shower. We reported the dishwasher early in our stay which didn't work and tripped the power with a response from interhome coming after we had left the apartment - very poor service.

Ungepflegt, ungemütlich wohnung

Diese Unterkunft war katastrophal.wir haben noch nieh eine derart dreckige Ferienwohnung bezogen. Die Matratzenbezüge hingen in Fetzen herunter, zudem waren undefinierbare Flecken darauf. Türen, Fenster/ Fensterrahmen wurden ewig lange nicht gereinigt. Wir haben alles bildlich dokumentiert. Geschirr musste vor Benutzung gezeigt werden. Über die Couch wurde ein undefinierbarer , fleckiger ezug gezogen. Schade, das Haus liegt an einem so wunderbaren Ort. Kann man auf keinen Fall weiter empfehlen.

Grosse déception

Quel dommage... les points positifs: - Emplacement parfait entre port, plage, commerces, activités. - Surface de logement idéale couple avec 2 enfants - Vue très sympa - Piscines Malheureusement, séjour entaché par une saleté improbable pour une location saisonnière de ce montant, des réponses (quand on en a eu) tout autant improbables, et des interventions hallucinantes par le personnel : utilisation de nos casseroles alimentaires pour déboucher des siphons, scotch pour réparer une tringle..

Dysfonctionnements importants. Confort inexistant.. Literie à revoir couettes d'un autre temps et la propreté.... Appareils ménagères pas à portée de main situé s sur la haut de l'armoire. Il faut monter sur une chaise pour les récupérer et quand ils fonctionnent (grille pain pas présentable et hs....) Détecteur de fumées hors service. Éclairage coin cuisine, séjour, salle de bains h. S. Etc. Toilettes du 1er encombres. Je ne recommande pas

Détecteur de fumée H.S. : manquement professionnel grave, prise de risque pour les occupants. Literie incofortable, à changer (lattes cassées, couettes pas tres ragoutanes...). Séjour gâche par u' logement insalubre

5 ans que nous venons à Port Guillaume et cette année nous avons écourté notre séjour d 1 journée à cause l etat insalubre de l appartement que nous avons loué, au dépôt des clés pour mon départ, l agence ne m a même pas accueilli pour écouter ce que j avais à dire. Appartement sale, idem pour la vaisselle et les couettes. Mauvais codes d accès donnés par l agence à la réception des clés,ce qui 1 compliqué notre arrivée. Vraiment très déçu alors que nous adorons ce lieu et cette résidence. Vu le prix de la location, c'est inadmissible

Très bon séjour

Couple avec 2 bébés, séjour de 4jours. Location très agréable, grande terrasse appréciable avec une vue magnifique. Résidence très bien située, accès à la plage à pieds en 5min. Personnel interhome aimable, souriant et à l'écoute. Par contre nous avons été un peu déçu du ménage à notre arrivée. De grosses toiles d'araignée dans les angles du plafond et le sol poussiéreux. Globalement notre séjour nous a satisfait, nous y retourneront avec plaisir.

Schöne Ferien

Schöne Aussicht, im Winter sehr ruhig. Im Sommer ist es wahrscheinlich lauter durch den Hafen. Kleines Hallenbad.Nettes Personal. Das Apartment ist gut eingerichtet nur das Licht lässt zu wünschen übrig.

satisfait , piscine chauffée et une autre extérieure, cool concierge disponible, restaurants a 100m , port a 33m et mer à 400m bémols banc sur terrasse cassé et fuite d'eau aux wc (résolu par interhome en une heure) en ville les poubelles débordent, c est dommage

Bedding was clean but not inviting. Balcony could have done with painting. Curtains left rails when opened. No shower (none advertised). Dust, fluff and spider webs above curtains, on skirting boards and generally. WiFi was frequently interrupted, poor.
