Ótimo para curta estadia

Ótimo check-in com Mariele e checkout no dia seguinte. Ótimo chuveiro, mas piso escorregadio dentro do box. Luzes brancas incomodam muito no quarto, bem como a falta de abajur. Ótimo colchão e roupas de cama e banho. O barulho é muito desconfortável e as janelas não são anti-ruído. Café da manhã excelente! Ótimo estacionamento, apesar de pequeno.

Atendimento decepcionante!

Recepcionista Lívia extremamente ríspida e mal educada, nos atendeu com arrogância para tratar nossas reservas de dois quartos. Indiquei o hotel para um amigo e passei vergonha com a limpeza e o atendimento. Meu amigo tbm foi recepcionado da mesma maneira pela mesma funcionária. Segundo ela, nós deveríamos nos preocupar pois ela teria que hospedar uma família e não teria disponibilidade para nossas reservas solicitadas. Até aí era só avisar que não tinha disponibilidade que resolveriamos indo pra outro hotel. Mas a Lívia preferiu ser mal educada e piorar bastante a situação gratuitamente. Devido a isso resolvemos sair um dia mais cedo do hotel, já que só teria disponibilidade para um quarto e precisávamos de dois. Na hora do check-out, outra surpresa! O hotel nos cobrou as diárias referentes à solicitação de reserva mesmo tendo dito que não haveria a disponibilidade. No check-out, recepcionista Larissa com uma fala robótica apenas não resolveu a situação alegando que era norma do hotel e que deveria respeitar as ordens que ela recebeu e cobrar duas diárias a mais por conta da reserva, mesmo no dia anterior a Lívia nos dizendo que não haveria disponibilidade pois ela preferia hospedar uma família. Saímos decepcionados com o atendimento. Fora isso, a limpeza dos quartos e banheiros. Estava tudo cheio de cabelo de outra pessoa. Box e espelhos sujos, ar condicionado fedorento, janelas imundas, cortinas sujas. Embaixo da cama então... Nojeira..

Caro pelo que oferece

Pouca simpatia na recepção, recepcionista insistiu em saber a hora da reserva, e não meu nome para realizar a busca (Havia reservado 1 dia antes da estadia). O quarto é muito pequeno, com muitos pernilongos, acredito que pela proximidade com o rio. Ponto forte foi o chuveiro e os ovos no café. Mas no geral, achei o staff pouco simpático.
