"Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was great but not enough space to sit!!!"

"Hotel is dated but it was obvious that some parts of our room had been renovated somewhat recently. We had an issue with the bed not being correctly situated on the bed frame so the sharp metal arms of the frame were sticking out from one side of the bed. This caused an injury to my husband's shin. We easily fixed it ourselves, but it should never have been left like that. I mentioned it to the front desk and they were apologetic but did not make any effort to make it up to us in any way. Otherwise, our room was adequate and clean enough but we would not stay here again. Also, the parking lot is small and very busy."

"Rooms were recently renovated. It was clean and comfortable. The only issue was I found it to be very loud. "

"We stayed one night. The room offerings are great. The one thing, and its just preference, the couches were quite low to the ground. It seemed a long way down! Also, we weren't aware, but parking is $30/day. You could park overnight at the impark lot immediately behind the hotel for $21 but would need to move your car or pay again by 9am. Midweek these rates may go up however due to the downtown commuters. But a great stay, quiet, clean and the staff were very friendly."

"The breakfast was 50/50, French toast was nice but the eggs were awful. The glasses that were out were soaking wet with pieces of food and paper towel stuck in them. The room was clean and nice, the mattress was really hard pillows were good. Also, the website said th mall was a couple minutes a way it’s 11 in a car incase people are walking it’s closer to 30-40 to walk. "

"Towels were old and rag looking. My sheets hsd stains and the face cloth has mascara on it still. Pool was nice but dated. Hot tub was.. warmish not hot. Just needs some updateing. Please get new towels. Otherwise, the staff was friendly, bed was comfy but we did miss the breakfast. I would stay again but there are better option for the price. Location is out of the way unless you want industral area. "
