The room was clean and well-equipped (AC, good Wi-Fi), and the manager was calm, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. However, several issues are unacceptable for a 3-star hotel. "Hotel was great. Right on the beach, had a restaurant but also close to many others along the boardwalk. Never had to fight for a beach chair. Pool looked like it would have been great, but it wasn’t open for the season yet. That’s why the 4 stars instead of 5. Staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay!"
