"Clean room and nice warm water in the pool. The reason I’m giving a low score is because the pool was just outside my room and you could hear everyone talking or splashing at the pool. Also the room was closed to the machine room and you can feel all the noise and vibrations at night. Stay as far away as possible from the pool if you want to rest. "

"The back, west building seems to get a little less attention. Several small things need adjustment or repairs. ie. toilet seat was loose, the faucet handle was very loose. The refrigerator was set to the highest temp and froze drinks. The mattresses were not good. Felt like it had been used as a trampoline. "

"We had 3 rooms. Each was immaculately clean. Thick white fluffy towels. No stains on anything. Awesome. Awesome. Awesome. "

"The hotel staff was very accommodating showcasing true hospitality from every aspect. The ONLY thing that I’m upset about is being charged a $30 dollar destination fee WITHOUT an introduction upon arrival because it’s actually a very nice touch; providing drinks upon arrival, daily F&B credit, bike rentals, WIFI, in which we did not get to experience because nobody explained during the check in process. So essentially I was charged $30 for nothing. I would professionally have the front desk agent review this with guest upon arrival. "

"Room was listed as a kitchenette 1 frying pan, one plate and a few serving utensils. No coffee pot. Water took forever to get hot. No dish soap, kitchen towels, dish cloth or paper towels. One of the beds didn't have a blanket. The staff tried to make things right but at this time I would never consider using this motel again"
