I specifically chose the 'pay at the hotel' option, so that we could pay separately for each room. The hotel spa was cold, dirty and incredibly smelly, and the jacuzzi didn't work. The pool was fine, but you had to walk in your wet bathing suit through the lobby where all the staff were wearing their winter coats (it was freezing) to get to the saunas and the changing rooms. Just terrible! I was so disappointed. Also, there were not bathtubs in the rooms even though the description said as much. However, the room was spacious and relatively clean; the bed was comfortable and the breakfast had a good selection of foods. "
