"Well, Expedia wrote $5 city tax at booking time, the host charged CHF 11.50 ($15!) right before the stay. Even worse, to be paid either by a weird local swiss payment system or paypal. Nothing else, no cash no credit card. Not great at all. Also quite noisy apartment. Otherwise clean and ok. "

"We stayed for 5 days & enjoyed our stay in the Lake. We were in the top floor apartment which has a lot of stairs to climb, no lift. It is a little noisy as it’s right beside the main road so bring ear plugs as that made it better at night to sleep. The second room in the apartment is difficult to stand in as its ceiling is very low due to being an attic. "Staff allowed our whole family to relax in the spa since our room wasn’t ready. Only downside was that my daughter got bit by a poisonous spider and it caused her to not be able to walk with shoes. This happened at the villas, not the hotel bc it was just opening for the season and probably had a lot of bugs hiding out. They gave us champagne on arrival and staff was super kind to us. "

"Good apartment, good host, small town with everything nearby. Really good. It was a little bit warm and without a fan was not so comfortable, but for 1 or 2 nights was ok. The host gave us some excellent tipps where to eat and visit, it was great. "
