Villa Oleandra, located in Dizzasco, is a residence that mixes classic elegance and contemporary details, spread over several levels and immersed in the nature of the Intelvi Valley.
Built in 1930 in Art Nouveau style and recently renovated in March 2020, the villa is ready to accommodate up to 16 people in 6 bedrooms, each characterised by a unique design that combines comfort and style.
The main living room exudes a warm and cosy atmosphere, with exposed wooden beams and a brick fireplace adding a distinctive rustic touch. The grey sofas arranged around the fireplace create the perfect ambience for relaxing, while the large windows offer breathtaking views of the surrounding hills. The interior spaces are easily modulated thanks to the sliding wooden walls, which make the living room particularly versatile.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with a gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, kettle and coffee maker, providing everything needed to prepare meals for both families and large groups. The light-coloured tiles and stainless steel surfaces provide a modern and functional look.
The six bedrooms, each different in style and furnishings, offer a combination of double beds and sofa beds. One of the most refined rooms features an upholstered double bed and draped windows that open onto a beautiful mountain panorama.
Details such as embroidered bedspreads and silk curtains create a romantic and luxurious atmosphere. Another room, also with large windows, includes sofa beds perfect for large families.
The villa has four bathrooms, each with its own particular design. One of the bathrooms features an exquisite bronze-decorated pedestal washbasin and a large mirror with a gilded frame, reminiscent of the luxury of yesteryear. Another, with a more modern taste, plays on the contrasts between white and red for a lively effect, with wooden beams adding a rustic touch. Yet another includes a hydromassage shower to make you feel like you are in a spa.
The exteriors of Villa Oleandra are the real highlight. The garden, furnished with chairs, tables and loungers, is perfect for enjoying the natural surroundings. The patio, with a large dining table that can seat more than 8 people, is ideal for al fresco dining, while the balcony and veranda offer additional relaxation spaces with panoramic mountain views. The villa also boasts a private seasonal swimming pool, surrounded by greenery, perfect for cooling off on hot summer days.

PLEASE NOTE: The property requires the payment of a SECURITY DEPOSIT. The deposit must be paid at the time of the ONLINE CHECK-IN by credit card. Once the villa is checked after departure and deemed in good condition, the amount will be refunded to the same credit card used for payment within 5-7 working days after check-out.

The Villa is located just a few minutes from the charming village of Argegno, known for its picturesque historic village and lake landscape. Here, one can enjoy a stroll through the alleys of the village and make a stop at the numerous bars and restaurants: ‘Bar Motta’ and ‘Pasticceria Grandi’ for breakfast, ‘Caffè Colombo’ for aperitifs, ‘Ristorante La Piazzetta’ and ‘Ristorante Il Sorriso’ for lunches and dinners, and an artisanal ice cream at ‘Il gelato di Zoe’. In Argegno there is also the Lido, where you can cool down on hot summer days. A few minutes from the flat is the renowned restaurant Crotto dei Platani, in Brienno. From Argegno you can take the boat to visit the main villages on Lake Como, or you can take the hydrofoil to reach famous destinations (such as Bellagio and Menaggio) more quickly and directly.
Towards the south we meet instead Laglio, a renowned and elegant village to spend unforgettable summers amidst aperitifs on the lake. The majestic villa of the great actor and director George Clooney is also located here.
Proceeding further south, we reach the city of Como, while heading north we can explore the picturesque Valle d'Intelvi, perfect for pleasant nature walks. A few minutes' drive north from Argegno are the picturesque villages of Sala Comacina and Ossuccio, from where you can reach the beautiful Isola Comacina by boat.
How to get there:
By car: Drive along the A9 motorway and take the last exit for Italy ‘Como Lago’. Follow the GPS until you get onto the main road Via Regina and then onto Provincial Road 13, in about 30 min you will be in front of the Villa.
