"On my first nite i ordered room service and was food poisoned. I was sick for thirty six hours and had to inform mgmt. they were concerned and attended to me but did not offer to comp the extra night i had to spend there…and i had to ask they take the cost of the deadly meal from my bill. Filaan, Aisha and Mustaffa were very polite and hepful, but i wil not stay again, as i do t trust their kitchen oractices"
"Excellent service and value. All of the staff are truly kind. I use their airport pick up service and it was a breeze. Good breakfast, strong Wi-Fi. The pool is nice and the location near the port is very convenient if you are going to take a scuba cruise. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate special requests. Highly recommend. And I am going back there in a week."
"Top Tier Customer Service. They are always available and looking to help you with anything. They are also very clean. Wi-Fi is pretty spotty and doesn’t seem to work very well, it’s mainly good for phone use but I couldn’t use it for my laptop.
Unfortunately, they don’t do refunds. If you book for 10 nights ad you realize you only want to stay 3 nights they won’t refund you. "
