"Our booking confirmation said that there were 4 beds included. Even though I had this on paper they denied this was the case. So I even ended up having to pay for an extra bed. It is NOT ok to advertise and confirm a service that is then not included and they charge extra. There was a lot of noise from the street until late night and early morning. Overall a very unpleasant stay."

"This castle has seen better daysā¤ļøā€🩹 very small room, TV was out of order. Lamps in bathroom was barely hanging in there. Worst was the lack of service. We do not blame the staff, but the management who did not train the highschool girls that were to serve us. The breakfast was a laugh. All this does not sum up to a 4 star hotel."
