She was the one responding to my emails and the very first staff that we saw. We had a very warm and pleasant welcome. My room decor, my birthday dinner setup, my floating breakfast. Made lots of great memories here. Husband planned a surprise birthday celebration with them and they delivered excellently. I loved every freebie that gave me as the celebrant 😊. The hotel itself and it's environment is serene, sparkling clean and spotless. All the staff we had contact with were nothing short of amazing 😍. The hotel itself is undermaintained: without any signs, no elevator, but plenty of stairs, some broken and malfunctioning gear. This disadvantage is compensated by very friendly and welcoming staff, which does their best to assist the guests. "
