Hotel is nice but starting to wear. Cleaning staff missed some important steps in cleaning our room. Overall, great location and friendly front desk staff. Breakfast team were very friendly and accommodating.

Hilton Garden Inn Windhoek
Good infrastructure. Housekeeping staff performance below standard. Towels were never replenished in one week stay. Floor mat was not even picked up. Tea and coffee was not replenished. Had to call housekeeping every night. Breakfast sausage was raw every morning. Nice location.

Charming peaceful 2-bedroomed unit with 180 degree panoramic view of Windhoek.
Fran was great at communicating everything that was needed, starting by reaching out a week ahead of our planned stay. The property is clean and spacious.
