"Kinda fun, unique, funky hotel. The pool area is in a sunroom, which is super cool. Also, I dig the stairs' open feel, the art, the brightness, and how super clean it was (the cleanest I've ever seen). For some reason, they have wall-to-wall shag carpet in the room, which I couldn't tell before booking, which is a red card for me staying at a hotel. That said, if you don't mind such a thing, you should check this place out. It's in an amazing spot for walking around Varna."

"We were lucky to be upgraded to a larger suite and loved the terrace with a view overlooking the park and the sea. The room was spacious and well appointed, with a very large and modern bathroom, comfortable bed and very central location. The staff were super nice and helpful and available at the front desk 24/7. I would certainly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Varna who wants the boutique hotel experience. Extra thanks to the driver who picked us up and dropped us at the airport, we appreciated his kind service and knowledge of the area."

"This hotel is the absolute best! The rooms are spacious and clean, employees are wonderful and the food plentiful and delicious! Deniz, the front desk employee honored an early check in and was very welcoming. We truly appreciated the early check in, sincere hospitality and well spoken English by Deniz..The housekeeping does a great job with keeping the rooms spotlessly clean and always greeted us with a smile. The restaurant serves delicious dishes for breakfast and dinner. Chefs should be commended for preparing lots of different varieties of delicious food! The hotel added a Kosher section, which is great for those following a Kosher diet. The food and beverage manager Orhan always acknowledged us at the entrance to the restaurant and had great communication skills and spoke great English! Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family!"

"Das Ferienhaus befindet sich im sehr ruhigen und kleinen Dorf Popgrigorovo. Ich hatte bereits bevor der Anreise Kontakt mit dem Vermieter und mit der Hausverwalterin. Ich konnte das Haus bei Google Streetview nicht finden, aber dank der sehr guten Beschreibung des Vermieters war es letztendlich leicht zu finden.Der Gärtner, der auch deutsch gesprochen hat, hat uns bereits mit offenem Tor empfangen. Auch bei der Abreise kam er wie abgesprochen zur Schlüsselübergabe.Das Haus selbst betritt man im recht dunklen Erdgeschoss. Hier ist ein Essbrreich und eine Küchenzeile. Die Geräte waren alle gut, das Equipment war ok.Im Obergeschoss befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer mit Balkon und ein Bad. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich uns geräumig.Das dritte Schlafzimmer befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und verfügt über ein Stockbett. Hier herrscht etwas Kelleratmosphäre, ich fand den Raum nicht so gemütlich. Das Haus punktet mit der Außenanlage. Der Pool war super, das Wasser warm und man kann an unterschiedlichen Stellen sitzen. Zudem konnte das Auto auf dem abgeschlossenen Grundstück parken. Ich hatte niemals den Eindruck, dass der Ort unsicher ist, alles war gut.Fazit: Außenanlage Top, das Haus selbst ok. Für den im Titel verwendeten Begriff Luxusvilla würde ich noch etwas mehr erwarten.Dobritsch ist gut zu erreichen, hier kann man bei Kaufland alles kaufen. Baktschik und das Meer sind 20 Km entfernt. Auch Varna ist gut zu erreichen. Die Lage war super und schön ruhig."
