On the same floor, there is also a wine cellar, with a rich selection of wines, a mini bar, and a common dining room in a traditional, rustic style.

The villa is only 3.5 km away from the nearest beach, as well as shops, restaurants, and bars. Rijeka airport is located 17 km away from the villa, and the island of Krk is connected to the mainland by a bridge. All of the above makes it much easier for guests to arrive at the villa, whether by car or plane. The villa also offers private parking, inside a completely fenced yard.

The island of Krk is known for its many bicycle paths and wine roads. The well-known autochthonus wine, Vrbnička žlahtina is produced in Vrbnik, on Krk Island.
