"We stayed just one night here but wish it was longer. Beautifully decorated room, with a wonderfully comfortable bed looking directly out onto the river Nile. We enjoyed sitting out and enjoying the view across the river and watched the sun rise the following morning. The staff could not have been more helpful and did everything they could to help us. The food was wonderful - we had tagine and it was up there with the best we’ve eaten. We really could not fault Dolty Kato Nubian House and would highly recommend it."

"Sat on the bank of the Nile this lovely little hotel was perfectly situated for easy access across the city. Staff couldn’t have been more polite or helpful and the taxis ordered for us were well-priced and considerate. Food was good, and alcoholic drinks plentiful. We had such a good few days here. "This was the cleanest & friendliest hotel we had in two week in Egypt. Some of the bigger hotels in the bigger cities should take note of the exceptional cleaning standards here. All of the staff were very lovely and helpful - excellent Engligh. Organising a car to the airport was a breeze. And we had a delicious meal in the restaurant onsite. Not many people would consider a night on the Westbank in Aswan - but I would highly recommend it. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Kato Waidi Nubian House. The staff were incredibly polite, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. They arranged all our transportation smoothly and made our stay completely stress-free. The traditional grilled dinner was excellent and felt very authentic. We highly recommend staying a couple of days to experience and explore the more traditional side of Nubian life."

"Eco Nubia is a magical place. The staff is super friendly and always making sure you have everything you need. Muhammed is the sweetest Nubian I’ve met. He made sure I had transportation from and to the airport (even if it was at 2am). The hotel also arranged the tours to Luxor and Abu Simbel. The food is amazing, and when my tour was earlier in the morning, they were sure to prepare a to go breakfast. The rooms were always clean, with an amazing friendly staff. No AC but it did not bother me at all. They also placed a bug spray in the room for me to use, so no bugs bothered me either. This was my first but for sure not the last time I visited the hotel. The views were gorgeous. Thank you so much for being kind, respectful and always providing the best experience possible."
