"Good place to stay with 2bedrooms, clean and all required amenities for kitchen, could do with a small lamp by the tv so as not to wake others up if watching. Otherwise great pool and facilities"

"The reception staff at check in and departure were fantastic. The young lady who looked after our check out was able to offer us a discount after I listed off the issues with the room. 1. No skirt around the bed base 2. TV did not operate properly it would switch off after a few minutes. Apparently a known issue. 3. Room was not serviced even though extra towels and pillows were delivered. Apparently you need to put out a swing tag to have the room serviced. 4. The pillows initially supplied had zero support whereas the extra ones supplied were fantastic supportive pillows. 5. Getting a drink at the bar was nearly impossible as staff kept disappearing out the back for 15-20 minutes at a time. 6. There was a pile of sawdust at the bottom of the bathroom door from where it rubbed. 7. The initial towels supplied were almost threadbare whereas the extra towels supplied when requested were fantastic fluffy towels. 8. The 2 prints on the walls were hung on an angle that was visible without using a level. Other than that the location is fantastic and if these few things were taken care of we’d stay there again."
