"On our arrival we were given a room in the second floor. This room was located just on top of the indoor swimming pool and it was full of mold and the smell was unbearable. Thanks God they accommodated our request and moved us to another room. The staff are OK. The star staff is the guy in the breakfast room who is nice, polite and extremely helpful especially with families with kids."
