"The house is stunning and in a fantastic location to walk into Salamanca Markets, Hobart restaurants and local pub and eateries. "This Kingston home is in a quiet neighborhood located a throws distance from Hobart. Home was immaculate and very comfortable. We were a grp of 4 friends in 40’s - 60’s. This was our 5th home in 2.5 weeks. By far the most comfortable. Big points for the dryer as we noticed most homes provided the washer but not the dryer. "The house was neat, quiet, tidy and clean. I did notice that the hot water did seem to be timed. Occasionally we had to wait for the hot water to heat up, if a few of us were having baths or showers. This was after one or two of us had used the shower or bath. We noticed that the property didn't have an ironing board. There was an iron though. Otherwise it was a great, quiet and comfortable place to stay."
