"Great welcoming hotel. The manager was very friendly and gave some great tips on local restaurants. The bus from Ioannina dropped us off across the road at the ferry terminus which was very convenient. Excellent value and very central to everything. We had a lovely room overlooking the ferries which we could watch from our balcony. Would highly recommend "

"Beautiful and cozy stay! We got in pretty late after the reception leave but the instructions to get into the hotel were very simple. The room was spacious with lots of storage, very comfortable bed, and the shower had amazing water pressure. We enjoyed the welcome gift and the breakfast was a great selection. Walking distance to a beautiful view of the lake and shops, I wish we stayed longer! "

"The rooms are modern/ clean/ up to date, with lovely balconies (with screens so can sleep with door open, and laundry hanging option too if needed). Kitchenette ( dishes& stove) in room is awesome. Real shower heads with glass doors! Beds are firm, but that seems to be the norm in Greece for moderate priced rooms. Hosts are very friendly and helpful ( offered me a drink and whichever room I wanted ). Room to park the car inside a gate and close to the beach and shops. One area could be improved— they messaged me to send my email, but then I never got an email back with check in instructions. So I was concerned about check in , but they were on site and heard me and all ended well."

"Inexpensive hotel right in the heart of Ioannina. The PLUS is they have their own private parking lot— worth the $ right there. Good signage directing you as well. Lady at front desk was so friendly and helpful. Elevator/ lift is very small, so could be a problem if there were lots of people waiting. Nice lighting in room. Windows had a metal pull-down shade as well as curtains— nice blackout for those that like that."

"This was the second time we stayed at this hotel. We choose it as it’s close to the main highway to go to Igoumenitsa ferry port on our way to Corfu. Hotel is very clean, breakfast is included and has many options. My only complaint was the hotel rooms air conditioner was not working and it was very hot outside. "
