"This property is seriously lacking in basic amenities that usually come as standard in any rental property, for example:No coat hooks on the ground floor meaning you need to leave your coat over the back of a chair - not great if there are more than 4 of you in the property.You advertise a fully equipped kitchen however there is no teapot, no coffee maker or cafetière, no dishwasher and the hob and oven were so dirty that we could not use them. "I booked this property and paid direct to the property. I received confirmation of payment by email. I drove to the property expecting a code for the key box. I did not get one. I tried phoning the letting company, no response, email no response, what'sapp no response. I contracted Hotels.com who also pursued. no response. I have lost my money and had to find alternative accomodation at a higher cost. do NOT book to stay at this property. it is a scam "

We reported this to the managing agent who came round that evening with some 'industrial-strength' air freshener - this improved things but only slightly and the smell returned.
