"This property is in a beautiful spot with gorgeous vistas all around. Everything was very clean, the people were friendly, and the restaurant was delicious. We were not happy with our room however. It was extremely tiny and had some unusual characteristics. The ceiling over half the bed was very low and my husband twice bumped his head while getting out of bed. The bathroom was split in two and you had to walk through the room to get from the toilet to the shower. The towels were too thin...

"Die Einrichtung des Zimmers ist unglücklich, der offene Pseudoschrank kaum benutzbar, Abstellort für Trolley fehlt, ebenso weitere Aufhänger im Bad, durchaus vorhandener Platz schlecht genutzt. Keine freundliche Rezeption, Mitarbeiter wirken abgelenkt und überarbeitet. Beim Frühstück wurde zuwenig oder übereifrig abgeräumt."

"The setting of this hotel is stunning, and we had a balcony overlooking the Rhine. Quiet, elegant and relaxing! Currently there is extensive work on the adjoining Castle Rheinfels, but this was not disruptive to the hotel. Lovely breakfast buffet is served in the restaurant with fabulous views of the Rhine. Front desk staff is welcoming and helpful. "
