The rooms were clean, comfortable and very well maintained, which made a big difference during my stay. As the hotel is new, things are generally quite unorganized. The hotel room was great, but has a smell I think mostly from the pipes. Staff need a lot of training and the hotel needs to establish policies so that staff can follow.

Iconic towers but internal design lets it down. Like a maze trying to get to spa and gym. Service level below 5 star Gulf level. Guest service never picked up phone on multiple rings on separate occasions. There was also issue with varying water temperature. The terrace restaurant service at Asaya was poor. Hamam in spa was out of order. Overall it’s a nice property which I hope they can improve.

I stayed here for a week in September 2025. The hotel is not yet fully complete, and there were numerous issues. They were working on the outside facade at night, which was noisy. My bathroom flooded, so I had to change rooms. The lifts announced the wrong floor when you got to them. Even though it is not yet fully completed, I doubt I would stay here again when it is complete.
