Hotel Rooms are very specious, neat & clean. Property is located in heart of city. Easy accessible for all the tourist locations. Wonderful view of corniche & MENA port. I was living in Qatar previously and this time went to Qatar for a shopping trip. Sherao hotel was the best stay I choose. Clean, safe, and conveniently located. The only negative part was that their internet services were bad and inconsistent causing my remote meeting delays.

After a 15 hour flight, all I was looking forward to was relaxing. While I didn’t necessarily expect early check in, I certainly didn’t expect being charged more than what I had originally paid for the night. After being told I couldn’t just sit in the lounge area, I chose to pay the price and be checked in earlier. Was not provided any of the Expedia VIP benefits, Room was ok, bathroom spacious. Couple nice staff - minus the above mentioned reception. Area few minutes to National museum. Also close to the metro which I found great even to get to the airport. Pool is pretty poor, they don’t even provide towels.
