"We made a very last minute booking around 6pm to stay that night. The staff were so accommodating to help us out and nothing was a problem for them. We were met at night by a member of staff and taken to the apartment which was so beautiful and very comfortable. The place was very clean. Such a comfortable master bedroom and a great size sofa bed in the lounge. Washing machine available but we didn’t need to use it. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to Verona. Recommend...

"Got a self catering apartment located several minutes away from the hotel on the river, absolutely lovely, air con and cool inside during the heat the mid day. Only issue is the mould in the shower and mildew on the shower curtain, reasonable to be a bit put off by it though it wasn’t excessive. Staff etc V good, transport to and from hotel all excellent. Wouldn’t put me off staying there again"

"Small apartment with very basic furniture. Kitchen has all the amenities but is not very functional (lack of space and electrical outlets). Good bedding though. Bathroom, in particular shower, lacks of space to put toiletries. Would not recommend."
