"We enjoyed our stay here! The hotel is a little dated, but the staff were wonderful. Really enjoyed the refreshments offered upon arrival, the pool and spa, and terrace bar for an apertivo. We mentioned it was my son’s birthday, and the housekeeping staff left candies and a birthday balloon in our room—so sweet! Great breakfast buffet and decent dinner in the hotel restaurant. Plus, the view from the terrace is amazing!"

"I haven't stayed in this hotel since 2012 and I must say its an incredible property in the perfect setting. However, on the first night we witnessed the restaurant staff have an absolute meltdown, it was embarrassing for all involved. The GM apologised and after that day everything was reasonably normal, however, there was an issue, and we never went back in the evenings. "It was a great experience however there should be more information about buses wait times. Also breakfast was not included on the price and you are paying a lot. There is not much entertainment for the kids around the hotel. But the hotel and location is perfect in general. The park was amazing we loved."

"Hotel is in ideal location, just 10 mins walk to city centre/arena and 10 mins to train station in opposite direction, standard buffet breakfast with gluten-free options if you need, room was clean though still used an old fashioned key for entry though I think this is in the process of being upgraded to card system . Staff were friendly and are really helpful, would stay here again"
