"We enjoyed our stay here! The hotel is a little dated, but the staff were wonderful. Really enjoyed the refreshments offered upon arrival, the pool and spa, and terrace bar for an apertivo. We mentioned it was my son’s birthday, and the housekeeping staff left candies and a birthday balloon in our room—so sweet! Great breakfast buffet and decent dinner in the hotel restaurant. Plus, the view from the terrace is amazing!"

"Excellent sports facilities, friendly staff and quiet location. Shuttle bus into Garda a real bonus. The apartments are dated, but functional, with plenty of crockery/cutlery, fridge, microwave and a 4 ring hob. Buffet breakfast in main building is extensive and good value."

"Really great way to be introduced to Lake Garda and European full amenity travel. The included breakfast is well staffed and good choices; pool is enormous and water is optimally conditioned/balanced and was very clear and clean even with an extremely heavy swimmer load. We were close enough to Lake Garda to make trips for dinner in either Garda or Bardolino (preferred) quite easy. Do your homework on making lake swimming happen ahead of team - we did not locate a great beach option proximate to Poiana Resort."

"We stayed here for one night with our family and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is conveniently located near Gardaland Resort, which was perfect for our plans. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. We had a completely positive experience and would happily stay here again."

"Beautiful view of the valley below. Loved the 'infinity pool' after our long drive in. We did notice a very stong odor when exiting the elevator on our floor. Not sure if it was some kind of cleaning product or if some child had an accident in the hallway but both myself and my companion found the odor very unpleasant. When I mentioned it to the staff, they seemed surprised and said they didn't notice anything. "Mountain View" was just the grassy hillside next to the hotel. The property is easy walking distance to the start of the path to "Madonna della corona" church on the cliffside and several restaurants in town. The breakfast buffet was nice with varied options."
