"Our stay was great, was able to check in a bit early thanks to front desks compassionate hospitality. Breakfast was a nice variety and quality but found the hot items not hot enough. Nice to have Nespresso in the room, too. Very clean and modern. Beautiful shower and products. Parking our truck was tricky, there are no hotel parking facilities so we ended up street parking nearby which worked out fine for the one night we stayed."

"Pillows were terrible. No body wash, only a bar of soap that looks like it was made for ants. Shower was dirty. No complimentary anything. For the price you would think this hotel would add 2-3 bottles of water to welcome guests. No lobby coffee or water. For the price this hotel is not worth it. The breakfast was also not good. Pretty sure they use powdered eggs. Tater tots taste like a rubber tire."

"Front desk agent was OK but another person, who was apparently some assistant manager, was downright unhelpful and uncaring. I was given a room, which looked like it was a dungeon (no window) and very dark so I asked for something else. Front desk said it was the only room left (note that when I booked a couple of hours before, there were 7 rooms available on your site). I told the front desk agent that the said room was unacceptable. I mentioned that I would be looking elsewhere and to get refunded. The other person stepped in ad said it was booked by Expedia and that it was non-refundable. Insofar as the room, he said basically to take it or leave it. No interest shown in helping."

"My husband and I celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary in Montreal for the week. Hotel Bonaparte is beautiful inside and out. The friendly and helpful staff welcomed us with smiles and refreshments. Asked us if there is anything we would like for them to help plan for us. The staff made our reservation at the hotel restaurant which the staff made our dinner special and the food amazing! We will be back as we absolutely loved the location and staff!! Just beautiful!"
