"Beds were clean and bathroom is clean, but I took pictures of every other surface in this room which had the glass rings of coffee as well as red wine and water! I went downstairs to show the staff the pictures and they said to go back in the morning and complain to management. When I went to check out in the morning, there was no management available. So here’s my complaint. I wasn’t overly upset about this, but I wanted the hotel to be aware that your Housekeeping did not clean every surface in the room other than making the bed and cleaning the bathroom."

"Checked in at 3 and put our bags in the room, went to get a bite to eat, came back and read our books for a while and checked out at 6:30 AM……so really didn’t have much time there"
