Two hours after I had left the dining room, I encountered the family returning to their room with plates of food. This behaviour should be better controlled. We are all paying for this bad behaviour. "This is a beautiful hotel and the best place to stay if attending the Aviva stadium. A great variation of dining options from bar food to á la carte - reasonably priced too. It laid on special additional services for the 6 Nations Rugby, BBQ, buffet, outside beer tent, and an outstanding male choir on match day. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well equipped. On site parking is an absolute bonus when staying central. With the Dart stop on its doorstep and the beautiful "village" of Sandymount a short walk, the Sandymount Hotel is an excellent base for exploring the whole city."
