Motor access to the house. Parking. Shop 500 m, restaurant 50 m, bus stop 500 m, outdoor swimming pool 10 km, indoor swimming pool 10 km. Tennis 1 km. Nearby attractions: ZOO Hodonín 8 km, Lednicko-valtický areál UNESCO 23 km, Zámek Mikulov 40 km. Wing adjacent to wine cellar, family cellar for tasting and buying of local wines (extra).
2-room terraced house 45 m2 on 2 levels. Simple furnishings: entrance hall 13 m2 with 1 double sofabed and TV. Upper floor: 1 room 20 m2 with 1 bed and 1 double sofabed. Kitchen (2 hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, steamer) with dining table, radio. Shower/WC. Electric heating. Facilities: hair dryer. Suitable for families. Maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed.
