"We spent 1 week over New Years as a family (11 adults, 6 children). We we're amazed by the spacious House. The kids really enjoyed the Game Room and the Garden. We had fun cooking together and eating at the big table, as well as playing Board Games in the living Room. Heating up the oven was also fun for everyone. In the end we got lucky with the weather and had snow. The nearby cities Jelena Gora and Bad Flinsberg are wörth visiting. Thankyou Kate! Highly Recommended!"

"In diesem schönen Haus haben wir mit 12 Leuten die Goldene Hochzeit unserer Eltern gefeiert. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Es ist viel besser, als es die Beschreibung vermuten lässt. Die Küche ist riesengroß, gut ausgestattet und geheizt. Es gibt als Zusatzgerät einen Wasserkocher, Spülitabs, Seife etc. vorhanden. Sowohl im Erdgeschoß als auch in der oberen Etage befindet sich jeweils 1 Bad (oben mit Wanne UND Dusche, unten Dusche und Waschmaschine) und 1 davon räumlich getrennte...

"Wir waren auf Kurzurlaub und haben uns in diesem tollen Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sauber und in einem top Zustand. Da wir mehrere Kinder dabei hatten, konnten wir auch das große Außengelände prima nutzen. Das einzige was uns fehlte wären ein paar Liegestühle für den Aussenbereich gewesen, ansonsten hatten wir nichts zu bemängeln. "

"Das Haus ist in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Überall ist Schimmel und danach riecht es auch. Die Betten sind schmutzig und in einem kam uns ein Floh entgegen gesprungen. Wir sind gleich wieder abgereist. Geld gibt's keins zurück weil wir uns angeblich nicht an den Notfallplan gehalten haben. Wollten uns mit einem kleinen Gutschein für die nächste Reise abspeisen. Nie wieder belvilla. Übrigens wurde der Schlüssel nicht übergeben. Er lag unter der Fußmatte am Hintereingang.😱"

Mittlerweile sind einige kleinere Reparaturen fällig: Toilettenspülung im Erdgeschoss, Nachtschränkchen im 1. Og, Jalousien. "Schön gelegen, aber mit einer Gruppe als Selbstversorger fehlten viele Sachen. Kein Backofen, ein Toaster, eine Kaffeekanne, ein Kühlschrank usw. Alles sehr zusammengewürfelt und alt vom Besteck, teilweise angeschlagenes Geschirr und das gesamte Wasser läuft über kleine Boiler. Teilweise tropfen die Syphone aus, so das der Boden nass ist, die Toiletten sind teilweise wacklig und das Heizen erfolgt in den Zimmern nur über strombetriebene Heizplatten an den Decken."
