A l'extérieur, un terrain clos avec terrasse, auvent, salon de jardin et barbecue. Cuisine d'été avec évier, lave-linge, réfrigérateur, congélateur, micro-ondes, gazinière. Parking dans le terrain.

Le Plus de cette location à la mer : Pistes cyclables et plages à proximité. Extérieur très agréable avec cuisine d'été pour les longues soirées d'été et les barbecues sous la pergola. Douche extérieure pour les retours de plage.
