Come and discover this magnificent property with heated swimming pool in a natural and calm environment, close to cycle paths allowing you to discover the whole island of Oléron by bike. It is composed on the ground floor: an entrance, a master suite with dressing room and bathroom, a WC, a very bright living space with open kitchen and living room / living room opening onto a terrace, a back kitchen, floor, a landing serving the 3 other bedrooms and the bathroom (shower and bath) and WC.

Sauberes Haus mit viel Platz fĂŒr Groß und Klein. Die Abwicklung sowie alles was so drum herum passiert, hat sehr gut geklappt. Bei RĂŒckfragen bzw klrineren Problemen wurde sehr schnell reagiert. Das Haus liegt in einem kleineren Ort. Man kann prima mit dem fahrrad oder Auto in die nöchsten Orte fahren. Der Pool hat einfach nur Spaß gemacht und war vorallem fĂŒr die Kinder toll. Wr hatten tolle 2 Wochen. Vielen Dank

Vacances à Dolus d'Oléron

TrÚs belle maison située dans un quartier au calme, maison trÚs agréable, nous étions 5 adultes et un bébé de 2 ans et demi. La cuisisine est fonctionnelle, la maison est trÚs bien équipée. La piscine est un véritable point positif. Nous avons passé un trÚs bon séjour. L'ßle est trÚs belle à visiter.

Chouette maison, située dans un endroit calme. Juste un petit mot pour le propriétaire afin que d'autres vacanciers passent un agréable séjour, penser à prévoir un peu plus d'ustensiles de cuisine ( ex casserole pour moules), un spot au dessus du miroir de la salle de bain ne serait pas du superflu. à part ça, tout était bien.

Great place, nice pool

Excellent property, great for families. Pool was nice and shutters on the windows were a nice touch on warm evenings. Very remote need to drive to local shops but was expected.

Schöne Insel

Es hat uns wieder viel Freude und Spass bereitet die Insel mit dem Velo zu erkunden. Der Veloweg fĂŒhrt am Haus vorbei. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, angenehm und freundlich eingerichtet. Im Hochsommer wird es wohl etwas wenig SchattenplĂ€tze im Garten geben, Ansonsten ist alles sehr schön und Frank ist ein sehr netter Vermieter. Wir kommen sicher wieder! Monica

Maison paisible et bien équipée

La maison est située dans un hameau paisible. Elle est bien équipée. On se sent chez soi. En conclusion : tous les ingrédients pour passer un agréable séjour... ce qui fut notre cas.

Belle propriété mais dialogue compliqué avec le gérant

La propriĂ©tĂ© est trĂšs belle. Maison agrĂ©able, belle piscine. Un peu loin des commerces, mais ce n'est pas un soucis lorsqu'on dispose d'une voiture. L'Ăźle n'est pas trĂšs grande ;-) Le bĂ©mol : la propretĂ©. Au vu du prix de la location et du "standing" (piscine, grand sĂ©jour, belles chambres, superbes douches, ...), nous nous attendions Ă  quelque chose d'irrĂ©prochable au niveau de la propretĂ©. Malheureusement, nous avons trouvĂ© : - des miettes dans les tiroirs de cuisine ; - des verres et des assiettes avec des traces de doigts et/ou de lĂšvres ; - des traces de dentifrice dans les lavabos ; - des WC approximativement nettoyĂ©s ; - un plaid qui cachait les grosses tĂąches + des miettes sur le canapĂ© ; - des fonds de tiroirs poisseux ; - de nombreux verres Ă©brĂ©chĂ©s ; - ... Nous avons averti le gĂ©rant, qui nous a bien fait comprendre que nous Ă©tions "pĂ©nibles". Dialogue fermĂ©. Il a finalement concĂ©dĂ© Ă  une ristourne sur les frais de mĂ©nage. Dommage, tout aurait pu ĂȘtre parfait. Prestation de mĂ©nage Ă  revoir pour les prochains locataires. Merci,

Belle maison tout confort

La propriĂ©tĂ© est rĂ©cente, bien entretenue et dispose de toutes les commoditĂ©s qui la rendent confortable et accueillante. Elle est se trouve au centre de l’üle donc pratique pour sa dĂ©couverte. En revanche, elle est un peu loin des commerces Ă  pied. PrĂ©voir une location de vĂ©lo pour se dĂ©placer. Le gĂ©rant est Ă  l’écoute de toutes vos demandes. TrĂšs Beau sĂ©jour Ă  Oleron.
