"We were a family of 5 staying at this house for 10 days in Jul/Aug and it was perfect. Beautiful house in a perfect location with the best market on the island 1 minute walk away. The house is spacious, modern and each bedroom had an en-suite bathroom which was great for the kids. Our family had a wonderful stay, the pool and surrounding garden was beautiful and the hosts really lovely and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay."

On the description it clearly stated that there was a hot tub with a bath symbol, but there was not a bath or a hot tub at the property. Any issues were addressed by the owner very quickly. "Sadly, this villa simply isn’t worth the money. We turned up and the children’s bedroom had plaster falling off the wall, where the curtain rail had been torn down. The top drawer in the clothes chest was dangerously hanging off and could easily have caused injury to them. One of the bedrooms is a converted garage with thin board behind the bed and an electric meter that buzzed and constantly shines light into the room making sleep impossible. "Sabrina’s villa was truly fantastic! We stay in villas every year in France and this was the best by far! The outside space was beautiful and my mum is disabled but the accommodation made her feel confident and comfortable. "La maison de Frederic est confortable, belle et spacieuse. On s'y sent très bien. Les meubles sont aciens, belle hauteur, parquet, beaucoup de cachet et de charme. La plage est à quelques mètres et le centre-ville et son marché à quelques minutes de marche. Nous disposions de tout l'étage et du jardin. C était vraiment agréable. Nous reviendrons sans doute."

As a consequence of the cooker not working I had to pay for six of us to eat put all the time! And the food I bought from the supermarket to cook went off !! "We stayed for one night at this property. Great location with free parking close by. A good base for exploring La Rochelle. Would stay again but mattress not very comfortable and first hotel I have ever stayed in where they ask you to take your rubbish out yourself. It served a purpose and the bottles of water and sweets were a nice touch. "

"We had a lovely stay here. The reception staff were really welcoming and helpful. I was a bit surprised because the room picture was of twin beds with space between, but it was made up as a double. I was travelling with my son, so ended up sleeping on the sofa bed, which was easy to pull out, had a bottom sheet already on and additional pillows etc were in the cupboard.
