This was so much more then we expected. We upgraded our room so we would have a beautiful huge balcony with a beautiful view. It was so peaceful and the view was worth every extra Dollar we spent. A lot of times you see pictures on the internet of your hotel and when you get there you are disappointed because it is not as nice as you thought it would be. But this hotel was so much nicer then we could have imagined. Loved it. I would highly recommend it.

The first compliment is with the great customer service at the check in desk, the girl was very polite ams knowledgeable, second the location in front of the lake was fantastic, also walking distance to the old town, very clean, confortable and the best shower ever.

This hotel is magical and elegant. The food is beautifully prepared, high quality and delicious. You will dine on a patio with a beautiful view. It was truly a special evening for my family. We enjoyed taking public transportation to the hotel. A short train ride from GenĆØve Corantin Station then hop on a short bus ride (bus 73 and get off at Penney Dessis) that drops you off a few minutes from the hotel. This cost 6 CHF pp instead of a 50 uber ride. I highly recommend visiting.
